為進(jìn)一步便利中外人員往來(lái)，中方?jīng)Q定自北京時(shí)間2023年3月15日零時(shí)起，就外國(guó)人簽證及入境政策作如下調(diào)整: 一、恢復(fù)2020年3月28日前簽發(fā)且在有效期內(nèi)的簽證入境功能。 二、駐外簽證機(jī)關(guān)恢復(fù)審發(fā)外國(guó)人各類(lèi)赴華簽證，具體要求詳見(jiàn)辦證須知（參見(jiàn)鏈接：http://hk.ocmfa.gov.cn/lsxx/wgqz/201308/t20130829_7894049.htm）。 三、口岸簽證機(jī)關(guān)恢復(fù)審發(fā)符合法定事由的各類(lèi)口岸簽證（詳情請(qǐng)徑詢擬入境地口岸簽證機(jī)關(guān)）。 四、恢復(fù)海南入境免簽、上海郵輪免簽、港澳地區(qū)外國(guó)人組團(tuán)入境廣東免簽、東盟旅游團(tuán)入境廣西桂林免簽政策（上述免簽政策適用問(wèn)題請(qǐng)徑詢擬入境地邊檢機(jī)關(guān)）。 Notice on Further adjustment of Visa and Entry Policies For Foreign Nationals In order to further facilitate personnel exchanges，China would implement the following policies?from 15 March 2023: 1.?Foreign nationals holding valid visas issued before 28 March 2020 are allowed to enter the mainland of China. 2.?Visa-issuing authorities abroad could accept application of all categories?of visa for foreign nationals.
